Skye jerked awake. Another vision. Now, all he has to do it figure out what a phoenix by a dragon means...
He sighed and looked over at his apprentice, Ara. Today he was going to give her her battle claws.
He gently nudged her awake.
"What???" she growled, annoyed as she got up.
"I'm sorry, I didn't realize you didn't want your battle claws."
At that her jaw dropped.

[Sanga]

They were looking at a row of claws, trying on one after the other.
Ara looked near to tears. None had fit her so far.
"Try a size three." called Spider from the soldier's dens.
Ara tried them on, and they fit. "How'd you know??" she asked, unable to hide her joy.
Spider smiled. "That's what size my first claws were."

[Dazerath]

Brom walked into the area and said as he set down more battle claws he had found some time ago, they were size 6.
"you know not all dragons need to get battle claws as for me I was born with them, and they grow as I grow. and they are called talons. Because they are permanent, but how is it today?" Brom said as he shows his claws.
Dazerath came walking in and said to Brom "are you the one called Brom?"
Brom turned facing Dazerath and said "yes, yes I am, so you are my Apprentice I was noted about."
Dazerath nodded an said "yes, yes I am"

[Sanga]

Ara turned to Brom and said, a bit haughtily, "Yeah, I know. We're all born with talons, but battle claws are harder, and some are jagged along the edges, like mine."
She raised up a foot and showed him.
Skye sent her a look that said Be respectful!

[Dazerath]

"yes true, but my claws are already as hard as battle claws, I don’t know why, but that’s how I was born," Brom said as he sorted out the Battle claws he set down. Brom then added "do you know how hard diamond it? Well it is the strongest natural and still remains the strongest thing ever, I had a friend make some diamond battle claws, and their right here" he said as he set down the size 3 diamond battle claws they were jagged at the edges.

Dazerath looked at them and said "I wish they were my size but their to big, my battle claw size would be 1 1/2"

[Sanga]

Ara's jaw dropped in envy as she saw the claws. She then turned to her mentor and gave him a pleading look.
"No Ara." He said gently. "I don't even know where to get them!"

[Dazerath]

"oh its not hard to find the Diamonds to make it, well I took most of the Diamonds, and I practically own the area, but you can have these if you want, I got a bag full of them, and knock your self out, take them if you want" He said as he scooted them towards Ara

Dazerath then said "can you get me some?"
"I will get my friend to make them your size, I only got size 3's and 6's"

[Sanga]

Ara stared down at her feet, amazed. After a while Skye nudged her and she immediately went up to Brom and started thanking him.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you soooooooooooo much! Oh my gosh, how can I repay you??" She asked, a goofy grin playing on her mouth.

[Dazerath]

"your welcome, your thanks is all I need" Brom said looking down at Ara with a smile.

Dazerath laughed a little and then said "how rare and what is the value of the Diamond?"

Brom looked towards him and said "Very rare, and the value of just one of those Battle claws is worth hmmm about 100 million golden coins"

Dazerath opened his maw in awe of the price of just one of them

"Wow" said Ara, eyes wide.

Skye walked up to Brom and said, "You wanna come train with us? I think the young onjes will enjoy it."
Ara sent a doubtful look at Dazerath, then shrugged.
